How To Return/Exchange Your Online Order
We want to make returns as easy for you as possible (online shopping is tricky, we totally get that).
Eligible returns can opt for an exchange, refund or 120% Kholo credit.
Please note that outlet, sale, discounted and mystery box items are non-refundable.

Lodging your return:
- Returns are to be lodged within 45 days of fulfilment - ie when it leaves our warehouse.

- Ensure your return includes your name and order number and post to:
