Shipping

Shipping within Australia

YAY!

Shipping within Australia is FREE via Sendle on all orders over AUD $120.

Shipping within Australia for orders under AUD $120 are at a standard flat rate of AUD $10 with Sendle. 

Shipping via Aus Post is available for $10.00 standard, or $15.00 express.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas.

For regional locations, please allow up to 10 working days.

We recommend shipping to your day (business hours) address.

Orders are packed on Monday, Wednesday & Friday during business hours, 10am - 5pm EST.

 

International Shipping

KHÒLÒ ships internationally at a flat rate of AUD $15 per order (or free for orders over AUD $200).

Delivery times will vary so please allow between 14-21 days for international delivery. Deliveries will be couriered and at the time of dispatch you will be issued with your tracking details.*

KHÒLÒ is not liable for any duties or taxes charged for all online orders. Please be careful when purchasing as return of these goods due to refusal of payment of duties and taxes will incur an administration and return fee.

*The advised delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. KHÒLÒ is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. If you are not able to sign for your package upon delivery, this is likely to cause you delay in receiving your order. We recommend shipping to your weekday (business hours) address.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Khòlò offers exchanges, online credits or refunds where the following criteria is met:

  • Items are in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
  • Items have no makeup marks and do not smell of perfume.
  • Returns are lodged via our online portal within 35 days of leaving our warehouse. Please refer to the instructions provided below for how to lodge your return. 
  • Items were not purchased on sale (excluding pre-orders).

THE OUTLET, SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE - Please feel free to email us if you need more measurements. 
Exchanges are available for these items for a fee of $25 (this covers shipping, packing & administration). Please email your request to wearehere@kholo.com.au and we will send you a link for payment.

MYSTERY BOX ITEMS -
Super sorry, no returns or refunds or store credit for these babies. We are doing this as a very, very limited edition treat! This kind of surprise can't be repeated or swapped out! 

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

KHÒLÒ takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Where freight has been organised by KHÒLÒ, the customer will be charged accordingly. KHÒLÒ will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

You're welcome to drop off your returns at our warehouse in person anytime between 9am - 5pm. 
Please ensure you've completed the returns process online prior to dropping off.

 

How To Return/Exchange Your Online Order

  1. All returns must be be lodged online within 35 days of leaving our warehouse.
  2. Click here to lodge your return.
  3. Once you receive your return confirmation email, please send your items back promptly and ensure you include your name and order number and post to:

  4. Remember to keep your tracking number just in case.

Online Order Delivery Delays

Please note during sale and peak periods such as Christmas, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 5-10 business days for your delivery. Please also note that our distribution center is closed between Christmas and New Year, the delivery of some items may be affected by this closure.

 

Privacy

KHÒLÒ respects your privacy and maintains the privacy of your information. KHÒLÒ will not provide any details about you to third parties, unless required to do so by law.

 

Payment Options

KHÒLÒ offers the following payment options for purchases from our e-boutique: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.

 

Item Availability

KHÒLÒ offers its merchandise in good faith that the items are available at the time of purchase. KHÒLÒ does it’s best to ensure stock availability is accurate at all times, but from time to time items may be sold out before stock is updated. KHÒLÒ makes every effort to display accurately the colours of its products but on different monitors this may vary.
