How To Return/Exchange Your Online Order

FULL PRICE ITEMS
We want to make returns as easy for you as possible (online shipping is tricky, we totally get that). 

1. Get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing wearehere@kholo.com.au 
2. Send the item back with a tracking number. 
3. As soon as we get the item and double check that it’s in good condition, we refund or exchange based on your preference and our availability. 
4. Yay!

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - but they are SWAP-ABLE
Please feel free to email us or DM on Instagram if you need more measurements or if you'd like to swap the garment out for something better fitting.
